Meeting Spaces

Whether you’re planning a board meeting or a large-scale event, our wide range of meeting spaces accommodate groups of 25 to 400 people.

A standard retreat includes one meeting space. Extra spaces are available at an additional cost. Groups of 300+ have access to all meeting spaces.

While many groups bring equipment, we have rental items available, including sound systems and video displays.

  • Oldham Chapel

    The classic chapel building. A large, open room with windows, stage lighting, and a lobby. Can be divided in half.

    Max guests: 400

    Seating: Cushioned stackable chairs (225), folding chairs

  • The Cedars

    A large multipurpose room with stage lighting and various configuration options. Can be partially divided with flexible walls.

    Max. guests: 250 (chairs) / 150 (tables)

  • Bayview Lodge Atrium

    A central skylit two-story space just steps away from most rooms.

    Max. guests: 125

    Seating: Cushioned stackable chairs (56), folding chairs

  • Bayview Lodge Conference Rooms

    Three small rooms in the Bayview Lodge hallways. One overlooks the Atrium and can be divided in half.

    Max. guests: 35 (chairs) / 20 (tables)

  • Victorian Hotel Conference Rooms

    Two identical rooms at the end of the Victorian Hotel with windows all around.

    Max. guests: 60 (chairs) / 40 (tables)

  • Marsh Conference Room

    An L-shaped room with a small kitchenette, usually used by groups staying in the Marsh’s rooms.

    Max. guests: 50

  • Oldham Chapel Classrooms

    Two small, bright, and colorful rooms off to the side, designed and decorated for childcare, but adaptable for adults as well.

    Max. guests: 30 each

    Seating: Rocking chair, folding chairs, toddler-size chairs

  • Davis Center Classrooms

    Three rooms around the Davis Center hallway. Designed as classrooms but can be used as meeting rooms.

    Max. guests: 35 each

  • Davis Center Gym

    For extremely large groups, our gym can be converted into a meeting space.

    Max guests: 800 to 1000
