Retreat Information: Accommodations

The overnight facilities at Harvey Cedars Bible Conference vary in such a way that allows us to be both practical and affordable for all types of people.  Check out the following descriptions to see which is best for your group - you can also view the accommodations on the map below.

The Bayview Lodge (1):
This beautiful facility sits just beside the bay with beautiful sunset views every evening!  It has 24 rooms with a/c; 2 queen size beds & full bath. This facility is reserved for adults and families only!

The Poolside Lodge (7):
The PSL has 15 rooms that are practically designed for all types of groups.  Each room has a/c; 2 double beds, 1 set of bunk beds & full bath, (each room sleeps up to 6)

The Victorian Hotel (6):
This charming(and historic) hotel is home to 44 Rooms with various configurations. Some have private bath and many are bunk bed rooms with public bathroom access (Rooms sleep 2-18).  This is a quaint, affordable facility perfect for groups on a budget or teenagers.

The Captain’s Deck (4):
Situated above our dining hall, the Captain’s Deck has 8 bunk bed rooms which sleep 8 people each.  The separate men’s and women’s public baths are just a few steps from each room.

The Chapel Dorm (9):
Located upstairs in the same building as our chapel, the Chapel Dorm has 5 rooms with 6-8 bunk beds in each.  With just one public bath, these rooms must all be used by members of the same sex.

The Gym Dorm:
These two bunk bed rooms are located upstairs in our gym building.  The separate men’s and women’s shower rooms and bathrooms are located downstairs near the entrance.  This facility is another affordable facility suitable for youth groups.
