Retreat Information: Meeting Spaces

It is important to us that your group gets the most out of your time here.  An important part of this is your meeting space.  We have a variety of meeting spaces to accommodate groups of all sizes.  They include our chapel, Hotel Conference rooms, Bayview Lodge atrium, Bayview Lodge Conference rooms, East and West addition to the Dining Hall, and more. Meeting spaces are limited to one per group unless you have exclusive use of our facilities while you are here (guarantee of at least 300 staying on site). Additional meeting spaces for groups less than 250 may be provided depending on availability and at an additional cost. Our Chapel seats 400.

While many of your groups bring their own sound equipment, we do have some items available for rental (tv/vcr/dvds, microphones, speakers, pianos, projectors, etc.).  Please let us know in advance how we can serve you and we will do our best to meet your needs.
