Lynn manages our guest service department and heads up the office and housekeeping teams. She enjoys theological conversations and life by the sea.

Laura enjoys helping our guests plan their upcoming retreats. She serves with a warm smile and her joy of the Lord.

Dawn handles our reservations and staff payroll matters. She’s a local to Long Beach Island and enjoys the occasional trip to Florida in the winter.

Josh assists with retreat planning and manages the setup of meeting spaces and technology. He also uses his love for music in leading worship in the summer.

Bookkeeper

Marla, a certified public accountant, handles all our financial dealings and bookkeeping. She is also an accomplished musician who often leads worship with her husband Ben.

Marketing & Guest Services

Ben helps with guest services and marketing projects. He has a passion for seeing people set free by Christ. Ben also works with Foundations Christian Counseling and Bayside Chapel, where his family worships every Sunday.

Chris, a graduate of the Waypoint program, manages and creates content for our website and social media pages. He loves watching the sunset on the bay.

Michael oversees the food service department as well as staff scheduling. He’s a local to Long Beach Island and enjoys raising his family in the same area where he grew up.

Matthew, a graduate of the Waypoint program, is responsible for preparing delicious meals and kitchen organization. He has been enjoying Harvey Cedars both as a guest and staff for nearly twenty years.

Derek, a graduate of the Waypoint program, is the newest addition to our kitchen team. His passion for cooking and people is evident to everyone who meets him.

Dan and Marion have had a long history with Harvey Cedars, taking many roles over the years. They currently serve in our kitchen and bakery preparing meals and sweets for guests to enjoy.

Rebekah, a graduate of the Waypoint program, oversees shops in The Avenue and Davis Center. She loves music and hopes to own a coffee shop one day.

Angie supervises housekeeping duties that ensure clean facilities. She has been part of the Harvey Cedars family for over ten years and loves interacting with the people she serves and works with.

Kimberly leads and disciples the young ladies in the Waypoint program. She enjoys helping them reach their full potential and grow in their relationship with Christ.

Michael is passionate about relational counseling and disciples the young men in the Waypoint program. He is a biblical counselor who also enjoys spending time working out in the gym.
