Todd Wilson, Family Man Ministries 

 Todd Wilson is a dad, writer, conference speaker, and former pastor. Todd’s humor and down to earth realness have made him a favorite speaker at homeschool conventions across the country and a guest on Focus on the Family. As founder of Familyman Ministries, his passion and mission are to remind dads and moms of what’s most important through a weekly e-mail for dads, seminars, and books that encourage parents.

            Todd and his wife, Debbie, homeschool six of their eight children (two have graduated) in northern Indiana and travel America in the Familyman Mobile. You can read more at

July Family Week July 1 - 7

Dr. William C. Davis, Covenant College

Dr. Bill Davis is a Professor of Philosophy at Covenant College and adjunct professor of systematic theology at Reformed Theological Seminary in Atlanta and Washington, D.C. He teaches first grade Sunday School and serves as an elder at Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church (PCA).

 Bill has been married to Lynda for over 36 years, and they have four children: Jonathan, Amy, Rachel, and Mark. When not playing the philosopher, Bill channels Sisyphus on a treadmill. He redeems the time (sort of) by listening to philosophy lectures, sermons, and sports talk radio.

Dr. Jonathan Master, Cairn University 

Dr. Jonathan Master is Dean of the School of Divinity, Professor of Theology, and Director of the Center for University Studies at Cairn University.  He also oversees Cairn’s honors program. He holds a PhD at the University of Aberdeen, earned a MDiv and a ThM at Capital Bible Seminary, and received his BS from Cairn University.

 Dr. Master serves as Editorial Director of the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals, is founding editor of the Alliance magazine, Place for Truth, and co-hosts the podcast Theology on the Go. 

He is author of Growth in Grace and  A Question of Consensus.   Prior to teaching, he served in pastoral ministry for ten years. 

Family Week 1, August 5 - 11

Dr. Charles Zimmerman, Pastor, Calvary Church of Souderton
Charles Zimmerman is one of our most popular speakers.  His ability to speak to all generations from all walks of life is unique.  We are happy that he will be back with us this summer.  Dr. Zimmerman graduated from West Chester University and Biblical Theological Seminary. He began teaching at the graduate level at BTS in 1985, continued his own education, and earned a doctorate in theology from Westminster Theological Seminary.  Charles currently chairs the Department of Practical Theology at Biblical Theological Seminary.  As well as teaching, he also serves on senior leadership and as the teaching pastor at Calvary Church in Souderton, PA – a role he has held for over 20 years.  Charles resides in Hatfield, PA with Kim, his wife of 34 years.  They have two adult daughters.

Pastor Deepak Reju

Raised in New Jersey, Deepak Reju serves as an associate pastor at Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington, DC. His pastoral responsibilities include oversight of the biblical counseling and family ministries at CHBC. He previously served on staff at Grace Church in Westfield, N.J. and Clifton Baptist Church in Louisville, KY. A George Washington University graduate, he also holds the MDiv and PhD degrees from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Deepak is the author of several books and articles, including Great Kings of the Bible: How Jesus is Greater than Saul, David and Solomon (Christian Focus) and On Guard: Preventing and Responding to Child Abuse at Church (New Growth Press). He serves as the President for the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition.  Deepak and his wife, Sarah, have five children, Zachariah, Lydia, Eden, Noelle, and Abraham. 

Family Week 2, August 12 - 18

Dr. Todd Williams, President of Cairn University

Dr. Todd J. Williams has been president of Cairn University since 2008.  He holds a B.S. in Bible from Cairn University, as well as an M.Ed. and Ph.D. from Temple University.  He is an experienced educator, leader, and consultant, and he regularly speaks on biblical, cultural, and professional issues. 

Dr. Williams is also the chairman of the Board of Governors of the John Jay Institute in Philadelphia, PA.  He and his wife, Dawn, are avid outdoor enthusiasts and have two adult children, Connor and Caitlin.

Dr. Wendell Calder, Evangelist and Word of Life Bible Institute

Dr. Calder lives in Maine but is involved in ministry around the world.  He served for 16 years as a Pastor prior to founding the ministry Local Church Evangelism in 1975.  The ministry offers evangelism and teaching to local churches. He also serves as a Guest Lecturer at Word of Life Bible Institute.  As he says, “I have a heart for the local church with a desire to see people saved, baptized, and become involved in service for our Lord.”

Dave Ridder, Sr. Pastor Bayside Chapel

Dave Ridder’s career in ministry has include church ministry and work as a seminary professor and dean. He was pastor of Grace Point Church in Newtown, Pennsylvania for 23 years and has been the senior pastor of Bayside Chapel since 2011.

 Joe Faraldi, Pastor Bayside Chapel

Joe Faraldi grew up in Bergen County, NJ.  Before God called him into ministry in 1998, he was a music educator for 16 years.  He holds a Master’s degree from Montclair University.  He served as Director of Worship Ministries at Grace Immanuel Bible Church in Florida and at Jacksonville Chapel in New Jersey.  Since joining Bayside Chapel in 2001, Joe has overseen the Worship Arts Ministry and small groups and has led a number of short-term mission trips to Romania.  He presently serves as Pastor of Care, overseeing the Senior Adult Ministry and recovery groups, and working with the “Freedom from Addiction” ministry.  Joe coordinates the Chapel’s team of ‘Coaches’ who provide Christ-centered mentorship and provides Pastoral Counseling.  Joe is married to Pat and they have two adult children, Chris and Kara.  Joe’s passion is to minister the Gospel to the church so that God’s people would know ALL that it means to be in Christ. (Gal 2:20) 

Family Week 4, August 26 - 30

Dr. Dino Pedrone, President of Davis College

A native of Binghamton, NY, Dr. Pedrone is the ninth president of Davis College. Before his role of leadership Dr. Pedrone pastored two churches over a forty year period, including The Open Door Church of Chambersburg, PA. While ministering in Florida he was the president of the Florida Association of Christian Colleges and Schools, an association of nearly 60,000 educators and Christian leaders. Dr. Pedrone is an author and has had national radio and television ministries. He is passionate about the priority of training men and women to serve Jesus Christ though accredited Biblical higher education.

Ron Schmidt, Chaplain, Christ’s Home

Ron’s desire to equip God’s people for meaningful, gospel-exemplifying lives through community, mutual sacrifice, serving in the community, and studying scripture together will uplift and encourage you and your family.
