Lynn manages our guest service department and heads up the office team. She enjoys studying theology and life by the sea.

Dawn handles our reservations and staff pay matters. She’s a local to Long Beach Island and enjoys the occasional trip to Florida in the winter.

Marla, a certified public accountant, handles all our financial dealings and bookkeeping. As an accomplished musician, she often leads worship for our events.

Susan assists with retreat planning and helps guests and callers at the front desk. She’s a Long Beach Island local with a passion for fitness.

Chris, a graduate of our Waypoint program, assists with technology needs and manages our website and social media. He loves watching the sunset on the bay.

Shannon supervises housekeeping duties that ensure clean facilities. Her competitive spirit can be found on the pickleball court.

Gerette works hard to ensure rooms and meeting spaces are spotless and sanitary. She loves Jesus, fitness, and spending time with her husband John, their kids, grandkids, and three puppies.

Michael oversees the food service department and handles staff scheduling. He’s a local to Long Beach Island and enjoys raising his family in the same area where he grew up.
