Bayview Lodge
The premium two-story Bayview Lodge offers beautiful bay views from all 34 rooms with a large central meeting space just steps away.
Its modern, cozy environment makes it a perfect option for small families and couples.

A Perfect Option for Small Families & Couples
Some rooms contain one queen bed and two twin beds, and others contain two queen beds. Each room has its own bathroom and shower and a door to the bay-facing porch.
Two suite-style rooms feature an additional side room with a pull-out couch bed.
The Atrium: A Central Meeting Space
Located just outside the rooms, the Atrium seats up to 90 people, comes equipped with a built-in sound system and projector screen, and connects directly to the Dining Room.
Other Amenities
The main entrance of Bayview Lodge has an accessible elevator and a small exercise room with weights and treadmills facing the bay. For smaller meetings, there are two conference rooms located upstairs.
Victorian Hotel
The charming, three-story Victorian Hotel houses various room layouts fit for families and youth groups on a budget. It also features two conference rooms.

Charming, Historic, and Flexible
As our original building and a historic LBI hotel in years past, the Victorian Hotel is a classic to many long-time attendees and more recent visitors alike.
Family-Style Room Layouts
Many rooms on the first and second floors offer a double or queen size bed with bunk beds on the side or in an adjoining room. These rooms include private bathrooms.
Shared Bunk Room Layouts
Other rooms on the second and third floors contain 4 to 6 bunk beds that sleep 8 to 12 people per room. For those staying in these rooms, there are shared public bathrooms in the hallways. These rooms are great for youth groups who want to stay together.
Poolside Lodge
The two-story Poolside Lodge, beside the indoor pool building, suits various group types with flexible, practically-sized rooms entered directly from outside.

Modern, Practical Room Layouts
The Poolside Lodge can fit up to 60-90 people, making it a favorite for small-to-medium-sized youth, family, and church groups.
The Marsh & The Cove
The Marsh features spacious, premium bunk rooms with private bathrooms, while The Cove offers a mix of bunk rooms and family-style rooms.
Both buildings have a central conference room downstairs seating 40-50, making these a great option for housing small youth, young adult, men's, or women’s retreats.

The Marsh: Premium Bunk Rooms
The Marsh’s spacious bunk rooms include high-quality bunk beds, private bathrooms and showers, and storage shelves in each room.
The Cove: group type Adaptibility
The Cove’s rooms include a mix of medium-sized all-bunk rooms and large adjoining family-style rooms with a queen bed on one side and bunks on the other. All rooms have bathrooms and showers, and bunk rooms have two.
Captain’s Deck
The Captain’s Deck sits above the Dining Room with eight bunk rooms entered from a large central hallway built for community. Its small, simple room layouts are ideal for youth groups and retreats on a budget.

Chapel Dorm
The Chapel Dorm features five rooms above the Oldham Chapel. Youth and young adult groups love the central lounge room and extensive bathroom.

Laundry facilities are located in Bayview Lodge, Poolside Lodge, The Marsh, The Cove, and below the Chapel Dorm.
Accessibility
The Bayview Lodge, Victorian Hotel, Poolside Lodge, Marsh, and Cove include entrance ramps and a limited number of wheelchair-accessible rooms. Please inquire about availability when booking your retreat.
