A standard retreat includes one meeting space tailored to your guest count. More may be reserved upon request. Groups of 300+ enjoy access to all meeting spaces.

The Cedars
This multipurpose room is perfect for teaching, worship, and group activities for medium-to-large groups.
Its flexibility allows for hosting sessions, breakout groups, and games all in the same space. Its proximity to The Avenue game room allows for flexible use of both spaces during free time.

Bayview Lodge Atrium
Located just outside the Bayview Lodge’s rooms, the Atrium seats small to large groups, comes equipped with a built-in sound system and projector screen, and connects directly to the Dining Room.

Bayview Lodge Conference Rooms
The Oldham Conference Room at the north end of Bayview Lodge offers a comfortable, open, well-lit space for smaller groups. Its pentagonal shape allows for various setup configurations.
Just above the Atrium is another conference room with large round tables perfect for leadership or board meetings of 5 to 15 people.
