A standard retreat includes one meeting space tailored to your guest count. More may be reserved upon request. Groups of 300+ enjoy access to all meeting spaces.

Various setup and audio/video options for groups of up to 250.
Bayview Lodge Rooms
Small conference rooms that comfortably seat groups of up to 35.
Oldham Chapel Rooms
Small, colorful rooms designed for childcare, but adaptable for 30 adults.
The Marsh & The Cove
L-shaped conference rooms with small kitchenettes seating up to 50.
Davis Center Gym
For very large groups, our gym can be converted into an auditorium seating 1,000.
Bayview Lodge Atrium
Large room in the center of Bayview Lodge. Fits groups of up to 90.
Oldham Chapel
Large auditorium seating up to 400, with premium audio/video equipment.
Victorian Hotel Rooms
Conference rooms with various setup and media options for groups of up to 60.
Davis Center Rooms
Three classroom-style spaces seating up to 30. Can be divided in half.
