Davis Center
The Davis Center contains a large gym with locker rooms, an exercise and weight room, and a cafe space. Room for two full-court games of basketball and/or volleyball. The gym can be divided in half for mixed activities.
The Avenue
The Avenue is a cozy space serving snacks, ice cream, and lattes. It contains games including pool, table tennis, and foosball, as well as a warm electric fireplace to lounge around in the winter. Hours are normally set to complement free time.
The Canteen
(summer only)
The Canteen is a convenient shop in the Victorian Hotel selling snacks and ice cream. Stop by and grab a milkshake or float! Hours are normally set to complement free time.
Indoor Pool
Our large indoor pool ranges from 4 to 6 feet deep. There is a hot tub beside the pool. Schedules are based on the size and specific needs of your group. A lifeguard is always on duty.
Outdoor Sports & Games
Outdoor game facilities include a soccer field, sand volleyball court, children’s playground, pickleball court, horseshoes, gaga pit, and cornhole beanbag toss.
Ocean Beach
The ocean is located just a few easily walked blocks away and is lifeguarded during the summer. Guests love the short walk and easy access to our renowned beaches.
Bayfront
We have kayaks and paddleboards available in the summer months. Many guests enjoy fishing and crabbing on the sunset-facing dock.
Fire Pit
A large gas-powered fire pit by the bay. The nearby raised platform provides a perfect spot for activities or to relax and watch the sunset.
Bookstore
At the bookstore in the main lounge of the Victorian Hotel, you can pick up something to read during your stay, or choose from a variety of merchandise and souvenirs.
