This event is designed by youth workers for youth workers. You’ll hear from a distinguished lineup of seasoned speakers sharing their wisdom and experiences, covering relevant topics such as discipleship, mentoring, innovating strategies, planning practices, and more!

You and your team will get some of the most practical youth ministry training available, and you’ll also worship, plan, and play together. We believe that you’ll enhance your skills, expand your networks, and get inspired to engage and impact the lives of youth.
We intentionally under-program the summit so you can block out time with your team to plan your calendars, dream together, or take a walk on the beautiful shoreline of LBI.
