Marriage With the Mitchells
Scott and Lisa met and graduated from Cairn University, and married on August 20, 1988. They are blessed with three children, a son-in-love, daughter-in-love and three grandchildren. Over the past 35 years, Scott and Lisa have served as a team in ministry as Scott held the positions of Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Lead Pastor. He is currently the Staff Minister and Planning Counselor for the Givnish Life Celebration Homes.
The Mitchells launched their Marriage Rocks Ministry in January 2017 and released their book “Marriage Rocks” in January 2019. Since 2008, they have had the privilege of leading marriage conferences and seminars in the US and overseas. Scott and Lisa attend and lead the marriage ministry at The Block Church in Philadelphia. Their passion is to teach couples to THRIVE in marriage, not just survive!
