2022 Theme: Rebuilding
Just as Nehemiah rebuilt the walls of Jerusalem, we see this year as a rebuilding year, praying God will guide us as we continue through this difficult time. We marvel at how he has led us so far.
We’ve returned to the core of what God has called us to: our vision and mission. Our staff is more keenly focused on them than ever before. One of the many lessons we’ve learned from COVID is that to survive and rebuild, we need to rely on the Lord, be flexible, and be willing to change and try new things. Harvey Cedars is better and stronger from what we’ve learned this last year and a half.
As we enter the new year, there are lingering effects from the difficult times and losses we’ve all experienced. There will be changes that will linger for a long time and other changes that disappear as time goes on. We will see many new guests come to Harvey Cedars. We will reach out to guests whom we have not seen in a while and hope they will return. This rebuilding process will take time, and yet, each obstacle becomes an opportunity to make Harvey Cedars better and to bring glory to God.
We want to invite you to come be with us this special summer. God is doing something wonderful here. Come be a part of it!
