Designed by youth workers for youth workers, this event features seasoned speakers sharing their wisdom and experience, covering relevant topics such as discipleship, mentoring, innovating strategies, planning practices, and more!

We intentionally under-program the summit so you can block out time with your team to plan your calendar, dream together, or take a walk on the beautiful shore of Long Beach Island.
