Highlights from the Youth Leader Summit

Two weeks ago, May 21-23, we held the annual Youth Leader Summit at Harvey Cedars and had a blast! The summit is “an incredible three days of teaching, worship, and fun” for youth leaders including youth pastors, youth ministry leaders, staff, and their spouses.

Josh Griffin of Download Youth Ministry joined us as the speaker for the retreat this year and brought an extensive amount of practical youth ministry training and planning strategies to help equip youth leaders for an impactful summer of ministry. Drew Wagner and his band once again led worship as in previous years and at the Winter Chill in January. We’re incredibly grateful for them!

The summit featured lots of free time to rest, refresh, and explore the beautiful island, and chapel services and activities provided youth leaders plenty of opportunities to connect, network, and encourage one another.

As we begin planning for the summit and for Winter Chill next year, pray with us for all of the youth leaders who attended the summit and will be leading their youth to live for Christ over the summer!
